Eligibility

To qualify for membership, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:

  1. Gender: Identify as a woman.
  2. Nationality: Be Korean, meaning having had Korean citizenship at some point and being able to communicate in both spoken and written Korean.
  3. Employment: Currently employed as a professor in the United States, either in a tenure-track or non-tenure-track position, and either full-time or part-time.

Note: Individuals who are currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students are not eligible. Additionally, roles such as Teaching Assistant (TA), Research Assistant (RA), Project Assistant (PA), Postdoctoral Fellow, or similar fellowship positions do not qualify for membership.
